Preparation no load and load trial plan and safe execution of the same in coordination with project team.

IMPORTANT FACTS

• Monitoring of parameters of each equipment as per OEM recommendations
• Closure of punch points as discovered during pre-commissioning activities as per schedule approved by VLL.
• Commissioning of stacker reclaimer, wagon tippler, crushers, screens, apron feeder, conveyors etc
• Inspection, rectification of rotary equipment’s and other equipment
• Equipment CBM data monitoring, health recording, data analysis and rectification to bring overall vibration bellow against the ISO standard
• All abnormality rectification during the commissioning is in the scope of the party
• Coordinating with OEM and commissioning team for performance demonstration
• Log sheet should be prepared for daily commissioning activities.
